Blue Banded Bees

Native from Australia, this solitary bee is capable of a special type of pollination called “buzz pollination”, that can get pollen from flowers other bees cannot. They are important pollinators for the wildflowers and native plants, and also have a significant value for agriculture (specially tomatoes!). Learn more about Australian bees
